Kathy, it looks like you have it all figured out. The only question I have is under resources you put time, how do you intend to get more time? I think you have a great idea and having uniformity in the curriculum is a very good idea. It would also help if one of the teachers was out due to an emergency another teacher from that grade level would probably be able to tell the sub exactly what to do.
